Honolulu | March 22, 2018
The Honolulu Gay & Lesbian Cultural Foundation (HGLCF) is honored to produce the 29th Annual Honolulu Rainbow Film Festival (HRFF29). It will be at the Doris Duke Theatre at the Honolulu Museum of Art from August 9-19, 2018, culminating with our signature Red Carpet Event on August 18.
HRFF29 will showcase films from around the world, plus discussions with delegates and a day of women-specific programs on August 11 presented by our 2018 partner ClexaCon, a media and entertainment convention for LGBTQ women and allies. We’re also proud to announce a new partnership with APQFFA, the Asia Pacific Queer Film Festival Alliance, who will sponsor a showcase of short films from notable festivals including ShanghaiPRIDE and Rainbow Reel Tokyo.
Bank of Hawai`i is once again the proud presenting sponsor of the Honolulu Rainbow Film Festival (HRFF). Platinum festival sponsors are Hawaiian Airlines, Aqua-Aston Hospitality, Honolulu Museum of Art, and Hula’s Bar & Lei Stand.
